How do I join an auction?
Sign in with Nafath, pick the asset and pay the entry amount by SADAD bill or bank transfer. Then bid by phone, or in the hall for a hybrid auction.
When is the entry amount refunded?
For everyone who did not win, to the IBAN registered in their name, within three business days of the auction ending; the asset page shows the deadline.
What do I pay on top of the bid?
Brokerage of 2.5% with 15% VAT on it, and the 5% real estate transaction tax. Every asset page shows the breakdown in riyals.
Who runs Ons Auctions?
Ons Haven Company, a Saudi single-person limited liability company in Riyadh. Its FAL auction licence number shows at the foot of every page once issued.
