Intellectual property policy

Who owns what on the Ons Auctions platform, what a seller allows us to show, and how to report an infringement. The platform is owned by Ons Haven Company, a single-person limited liability company, Unified No. 7055470079, Riyadh.

Draft that needs a lawyer's review. Not final; it will change before launch.

What belongs to Ons Haven

The platform's software, design, text written by us, the «Ons Auctions» name and the OH mark belong to Ons Haven Company. You may view and share links to the platform's pages for personal use. Copying, scraping, republishing or using our name and mark requires our written permission.

What belongs to sellers and auction companies

  • Photos, brochures, deeds and documents of an auction remain the property of the company or owner that uploaded them.
  • By uploading them, the uploader grants Ons Haven a free, non-exclusive licence to show them on the platform, the app, the brochure and the hall screen for that auction, and to keep them in the auction records for as long as the law requires.
  • The uploader confirms it owns the content or has permission to publish it, and bears responsibility for any claim about it.

What you send us

Complaints, messages and documents you send stay yours. You allow us to use them to handle your request and to keep the records the law requires.

Reporting an infringement

  • Write to support@onsauctions.sa with your name and contact details, the work you own, the link to the content on the platform, and a statement that the report is accurate.
  • We acknowledge the report within 2 business days.
  • If the report is substantiated, we remove or hide the content and tell whoever uploaded it, who may answer with their own evidence.
  • An account that infringes again may be suspended.

Governing law

This policy follows the Copyright Law and the Trademarks Law of Saudi Arabia. The Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) is the competent authority.
