Refunds

Refund policy

Every bidder who does not win gets the entry amount back within 3 business days of the auction ending.

Draft that needs a lawyer's review. Not final; it will change before launch.

When

  • Within 3 business days of the auction ending (art. 10/2 of the real estate auction regulation).
  • Business days run Sunday to Thursday, excluding official public holidays. An auction that ends on a Thursday evening is refunded by the end of Tuesday.
  • Your account shows the deadline for each refund.

Where

Only to the IBAN registered in your name with its bank certificate. If the holder's name on the certificate does not match your Nafath name, we check it by hand before any refund.

How

  • Each deposit is for one auction and comes back on its own after that auction; you do not need to ask.
  • If a SADAD deposit split over several bills expires after you paid part of it, the paid part comes back the same way.
  • If we cannot accept a bank transfer (the amount or reference does not match), we tell you why; money that reached our account goes back to the account it came from.

The winner

The winner's entry amount is held for the auction and applied according to its kind (art. 9/5). It is not refunded unless the sale does not go ahead for a reason that is not the winner's, and the reason is recorded.

If a refund is late

Contact us through the complaints page with your reference number. We see every refund\'s deadline and are alerted one business day before it.
